Peptides: hype, hope, and what the science says

General education, not medical advice. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before you change anything.

Dr. JJ Allen giving a health talk to a full room of adults seated at tables.

Peptides are everywhere right now. Faster healing, better sleep, more energy, slower aging. Some of that has real research behind it. A lot of it doesn't.

On Thursday, November 5 at 1 pm I'm giving a free talk at the Oshkosh Seniors Center: Peptides: Hype, Hope, and What the Science Actually Says.

We'll cover what peptides actually are, which ones have real evidence, which are mostly marketing, how to spot a questionable source, and how they can interact with medications you already take. You'll leave with a short list of questions to ask before you spend money on anything.

Free and open to the public. Call the Oshkosh Seniors Center at 920.232.5300 to save a seat.
